Daniel is a seasoned business strategy professional with experience in exit strategies, business valuations, business development, marketing, strategy implementation and consulting. His experience includes working with all sized companies from single physician practices all the way up to large multinational organizations. He has an in-depth knowledge of developing and running successful companies in many different industries, including healthcare. Daniel’s natural enthusiasm and unique outside the box approach has led him to develop strategies which increased productivity, efficiencies, profitability and overall value of the companies for extremely favorable exit opportunities.
Daniel thrives in quick-paced environments requiring effective prioritizing and management of multiple concurrent projects and sale prospects. Consistently identify, scrutinize, improve, and streamline complex work processes to increase efficiency and increasing the value of businesses. In addition, Daniel enjoys working as a mentor with startups preparing for raising capital through the Venture Mentor Team (VMT.)

His background includes exit planning, transaction advisory, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, intangible asset and complex derivative analysis, and corporate planning for businesses in all industries with a heavy concentration in the healthcare Industry.
He has over fifteen years’ experience in professional services and consulting in the healthcare industry and was named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of Rising Stars: 50 Healthcare Leaders Under 40 in 2016. He has been an integral part of over 1000 healthcare transactions and has a vast amount of those being with large health systems, private equity physician practice roll ups, etc. In addition, Stuart has authored many articles that have been featured in prominent valuation and healthcare publications and spoken at conferences around the country as a healthcare industry expert.
